Aerodyne Inc. / Uncrewed systems
Aircraft and ground robots for demanding field work.
Aerodyne builds hybrid-wing aircraft, quadruped robots, and sensing payloads for inspection, site assessment, and carrying instruments across hard-to-access areas.
Systems
Three areas of work.
The aircraft covers distance. The robot reaches inspection points across uneven ground. Sensor payloads collect imagery and environmental readings at the site.
Hybrid-wing aircraft
Reach dispersed assets quickly and carry larger sensor or equipment payloads.
Quadruped robot
Move instruments and equipment across uneven ground without vehicle access.
Optical and environmental sensors
Collect multispectral imagery and environmental readings from the field.

Applications
Where the systems fit.
Distributed infrastructure
Inspect long corridors and remote assets from the air, then use the ground robot where a closer view is needed.
Post-event assessment
Survey affected sites before crews enter areas with limited access or uncertain conditions.
Remote fieldwork
Carry instruments to difficult locations and collect imagery or environmental measurements on site.
Payload integration
Sensors on air and ground platforms.
The aircraft can carry a downward-facing optical module for aerial imaging. The quadruped can bring instruments closer to assets that are difficult to reach by vehicle.
